The recently renovated two bedroom luxury apartment is located in a front line complex, directly on the beach of Costa Calma (50 meters walking distance). On site there is a swimming pool and a tennis court. To the large beach of fine, white sand where you can relax it is only a few steps. Here you can swim in the beautiful turquoise blue waters of the ocean.

The amazing beach of Costa Calma starts right outside our complex. The beach is great for walking, sunbathing and swimming in safe. There are various beach bars. many sun beds and umbrellas for hire there. The beach is cleaned daily and it is long enough joggers. There are several surf schools on the beach. The world wind surfing championships are also held here.

The living area has a couch and there is satellite TV (English and German). The sunny dining area has a table and 4 chairs. It is situated beside the patio doors which leads directly to the pool.
